New Forest Meddlars were formed in 1990 and have been dancing for 35 years.  We are a mixed morris side dancing in the Border and Cotswold traditions, also varying performances with some new dances. 

 

From October to April we  practise at Emery Down & Bank Village Hall on Tuesday evenings 7.30-9.30pm.  The first two practices are usually taster sessions for people wanting to see if Morris is for the.  Experienced Morris Musicians are welcome to talk to us any time.

From May to early September we can regularly be seen dancing out at local pubs or on Lymington Quay.  We also dance at fetes and festivals and at private bookings.  Although Winter is mostly practice time we usually have a few festive dance-outs or private bookings such as weddings.
